It is much easier to grow a startup company on joint venture or partnership which provide competent skills from each involving partner. However, it is not easy to establish a good partnership in long run, it require trust, honesty and faithful among the company shareholders.

Getting the wrong partners who are mainly want to steal your skill, experience and not willing to work sincerely in long run will hurt the relationship of the partners and company business.
